Castle Pines is a 290 single family lot subdivision in Douglas County, Colorado, next to Castle Pines Village, home of the famed Castle Pines Golf and Country Clubs. The Company purchased the undeveloped 212 acre Castle Pines site then proceeded with development. The development process then involved the construction of public utilities and other services to the individual lots, the construction of roads, curbs and gutters, and the completion of landscaping.
