Anthem has created an innovative development concept for its sites at 4140 and 4180 Dawson in Burnaby. The concept is a 408,000 square foot comprehensive mixed use retail and condominium complex comprised of 14,000 square feet of street level commercial retail along the Dawson Street frontage, and 308 residential units in two 19 story high-rise residential towers and a low-rise loft development. Project completion is targeted for March 2006.
