College Heights Plaza is a food-anchored community shopping centre located in Prince George BC. In 2004, Anthem Properties completed a major redevelopment of the centre, greatly expanding service to its surrounding neighbourhoods. The redevelopment consisted of the construction of a 7,700 square foot multi-tenant pad building, the creation of a new 39,000 square foot Save-on-Foods store, a new Shoppers Drug Mart, a new TD Canada Trust pad building and a new CRU. Both Shoppers Drug Mart and the TD Canada Trust branch opened in Fall 2004.
